The Claim Process

Get in contact: Your first contact with us will be a no-obligation, initial chat. You don’t need to have decided whether you want to pursue a claim at this stage, or need to make any decisions during the first conversation.

We’ll listen to your story, what’s happened to you or your loved one, and the impact on you, your family, your lifestyle and your finances. We may ask you some questions so we can get the information we need to understand what’s happened and what seems to have gone wrong.

Start your claim: This is a good time for you to decide whether you want to work with us - we pride ourselves on having legal teams who are easy to get in touch with, who communicate clearly and deliver excellent client care.

We will now work with you to submit your claim, this may be against an individual, their insurer or potentially against a private company or their insurer. Regardless, you will be kept informed at every step.

Negotiations: Neither party wants cases to go to court, so usually a couple of rounds of negotiations may be undertaken between us on your behalf and the defendant's solicitors.

We will attempt to get you the maximum sum of money that will cover a variety of costs your accident may have left you with.
